We are always glad to hear from readers. If you have found an error in a recipe, such as a quantity that does not add up, a timing that does not work in your kitchen or a step that is unclear, please let us know by email. We check every report and update the page if a correction is needed.

You are also welcome to suggest recipes or topics you would like us to cover. Tell us what you cook, what equipment you use and what you would like to know, and we will consider it for a future page.

Before you write

It helps if you mention the page you are writing about and, for a recipe problem, what you did differently, if anything, such as using a different pan, appliance or type of chilli powder. We are a small team, so we may not be able to answer every message individually, but we do read them all.

What happens to your message
